Matt really took care of me. Matt and James took care of me so well their customer service was fantastic and compared to other shops they really are customer service oriented. Thank you so much for taking care of my Jeep last minute!

Hibdon is one of the best auto shops in the area. We have had multiple vehicles serviced and have always been satisfied with the work performed. Matt & James make the experience at Hibdon Tires Plus outstanding.

I never write reviews. I guess I expect decent service. I've been to this location several times over 20 years. We just purchased a used SUV. Ran over a nail this weekend. Was ready to buy new tires. Two hours later they patched up what we had, recommended new tires in 6-12 months. Walked out with zero balance. About 12 years ago I had two tires replaced in one week (construction zone related) no hassle, tired replaced. If you want to do business with people who stand behind their word then just go to Hibdon. If all service related businesses were like this the world would be a better place. I'll never go anywhere else for tires and service.

My wife visited their location on Memorial in the South Tulsa/Bixby area, to replace two tires and have the alignment worked on and an oil change, and the service was excellent. Knowledgeable and friendly. Their mechanic Jeremiah, originally from the Owasso location which also had excellent service techs, has become a friend of ours in recent years and we'll happily follow him to whatever store he goes to to make sure he works on our vehicles.

Beginning with a phone call with questions regarding an oil change service & pricing to showing up... the staff was wonderful. Delighted that the price quote over the phone was precisely what I payed. Very informative about status of other potential issues with the vehicle. Free wifi as well while I waited. Didn't need an appointment. I would absolutely recommend. Thank you! 🤩
